Everything the SkiNext platform can do
One system for online bookings, scheduling, payments and communication — with the same look-and-feel and modules as the real web portal and mobile app. Below we explain every module in detail.
13 modules, one platform
Click a module to jump straight to the explanation and screen previews.
Self-booking with smart level and group checks
With Selfbook, customers book their own lessons through three flows: Flex (single lessons), Course (multi-week series) and Private (1-on-1 or group). The system automatically guards level, age group, capacity and double bookings — exactly like in the real customer portal.
- Flex, Course and Private bookings in one flow
- Automatic level and points checks per discipline
- Group bookings with automatic splitting on level mismatch
- Step-by-step wizard: discipline → attendees → lessons → confirmation
Easy rebooking and smart last-minute filling
Customers and reception can rebook a lesson to a different time in one click, keeping the same level and group logic. The Last-minute module also surfaces open spots with their own pricing and credit rules per lesson type — perfect for filling empty slots.
- Rebooking from the customer portal, app or reception
- Automatic overlap and double-booking checks
- Last-minute deals with their own price per lesson type
- Credits usable for last-minute spots, where allowed
| Lesson | Time | Price | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ski Flex | Today 14:00 | € 19.50 | Last-minute |
| Snowboard Flex | Tomorrow 09:00 | 1 credit | Open |
A clear agenda for instructors and reception
One central calendar shows all lessons, groups and pistes. Reception can process bookings, rebookings and price adjustments instantly, while instructors see their own day planning and groups at a glance.
- Day, week and month views of the schedule
- Filter by discipline, lesson type, age group and instructor
- Price adjustments and discounts per booking
- Exportable lesson schedules per instructor and per day
Private lessons and piste rental with capacity checks
For private lessons, the customer picks Solo or Multi, and the system automatically checks whether the group fits on one piste half. If the group is too large, a clear prompt appears offering a double piste — including the matching rate.
- Solo and multi-person private lessons
- Automatic piste-half capacity checks
- Dedicated piste-rental lesson types with their own rates
- Cost splitting between attendees on group private lessons
Flexible products and fully integrated payments
Sell strip cards, credits and lesson products with their own rules for validity, lesson type and piste. Payments run through invoices, partial payments, discount codes, card terminals and online payment providers — automatically linked to every booking.
- Strip cards with rules per lesson type, validity and piste
- Invoicing with VAT, partial payments and discount codes
- Online payments via integrated payment providers and card terminals
- Automatic follow-up and cancellation of outstanding payments
| Invoice | Amount | Status |
|---|---|---|
| #2026N0142 | € 149.00 | Paid |
| #2026N0143 | € 65.00 | Partial payment |
| Discount code WINTER15 | -15% | Applied |
Family accounts, linked attendees and roles
One main account can link multiple attendees (children, partners) and set per attendee who may book, rebook or cancel. Staff get roles with exactly the permissions they need — from reception to account manager.
- Family and attendee management under one account
- Permissions per linked attendee (book, rebook, cancel)
- Roles such as Reception, Instructor and Account Manager
- Granular permissions per module and action
Native app for iOS and Android
Alongside the web platform, SkiNext ships a full Flutter app that lets customers book, rebook, chat and sign in with email, Google or Apple. The app follows exactly the same brand and functionality as the web portal.
- Booking, rebooking and a lesson overview in the app
- Sign in with email, Google or Apple
- View strip and rental cards straight in the app
- Push notifications and chat, always within reach
Strip cards and rental cards in Apple & Google Wallet
From the app, customers add their strip card or rental card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with a single tap. The pass shows the current credit balance and a unique QR code for scanning at the desk or gate.
- One tap to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Live balance and a unique QR code per pass
- Your ski school's branding on the digital pass
- Works offline too, no internet needed at the gate
Direct contact between customers and the ski school
